Our Pricing

Facility Only Rental

Our current pricing for venue only rental is $5,000 for a Friday, $6,000 for Saturday, and $3,000 for weekdays. We are closed on Sundays.

We also offer special pricing for current and former military, first responders, frontline workers, teachers, and for events paid in full at signing.

  • All Day Rental (9 AM – Midnight)
  • Blend of Gold and Champagne Chiavari Chairs and Tables
  • White Ceremony Chairs (Set-Up Included)
  • Use of facilities for Engagement and Bridal Portraits (Scheduled In Advance)
  • Outside Vendors are Welcome (No Extra Charge)
  • Use of our Baby Grand Piano, Mini Horse Carriage for gifts, LED Trees, Wine Barrels, and more.

Weekend Rentals

Set up Friday afternoon, Saturday wedding, and Sunday clean up for $8,000.
